Third Street Bridge in Delavan

This bridge is located in the town of Delavan, IL near the National Guard Armory. It crosses over a railroad track and is for pedestrian use only now. The sign is half missing but the manufacturer was Kellog Bridge Company from Buffalo, N.Y.
